For both small and large conferences:

  • We provide you with a detailed, clear understanding of every aspect of your staging.

  • All hardware is personally installed or supervised by our staff.

  • Lighting, sound, graphics, set design and construction, logistics, implementation and planning are all checked and rechecked AND we provide “back-ups” for all critical equipment, ready to take over if needed – an AVD™ trademark.

We sweat every last detail so you don’t have to. From idea through completion, AVD™ ’s experienced personnel will handle every aspect of your project.

To ease the transition from design to reality:

  • We prepare drawings and schematics that visually represent the final result.

  • We also provide flowcharts that detail what happens in each room at any given time.

  • These are updated on a daily basis and allow us to track what, where and when our equipment is used.

  • After the event, we evaluate and review our performance in order to ensure your next event runs even more smoothly.
